We have an urgent need for an Infusion Nurse / Registered Nurse in Beaufort and Savannah with open availability. This is an ideal role for nurses who want flexibility, autonomy, and the reward of making a difference in patients’ daily lives while providing high‑quality skilled nursing care in home settings.

• Deliver skilled nursing care according to the plan of care.
• Perform infusion, assessments, wound care, medication administration, and patient education.
• Collaborate with the care team, physicians, family members, and other members of the patient care team to implement and follow a patient‑specific care and treatment plan.
• Assess, monitor, document, and report progress of patient’s health and condition using required documents such as clinical progress notes using a clinician preferred technology within established timelines.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.

• Current and unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse / RN specific to the state of assignment.
• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience (home health preferred).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
