RN Infection Prevention Manager

Nealy Pierce is partnering exclusively with an independently owned, not-for-profit health system near Savannah, Georgia to recruit an experienced RN Infection Prevention Manager to lead its system-wide infection prevention and control program.

Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer
, you’ll set strategy, mentor a team of two IP's, and collaborate across Nursing, Quality, and Patient Safety to strengthen outcomes, reduce HAIs, and ensure regulatory readiness across a dual campus system.

• Supportive, approachable CMO who values autonomy and collaboration
• Manage a team of two Infection Preventionists
• Partner with a dedicated Quality and Patient Safety Manager
• Direct visibility with senior leadership and the Board

• 3–5+ years of acute-care infection prevention experience (leadership preferred)
• BSN required
• Skilled communicator with a collaborative, hands-on leadership style

• Competitive annual base salary up to $130,000 (based on experience)
