Savannah, GA

Schedule:

7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
Compensation: $37.16 per hour
Sign-on bonus: $15,000

Responsibilities
  • In collaboration with the physician and preceptor, assure implementation of the assessment plan and follow‑up of the plan of care for the patient population.
  • Initiate an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of patients/families.
  • Interpret assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan that contains problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short/long‑term goals and discharge planning.
  • Participate as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.
  • Ensure that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate and timely.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited program for registered nursing.
  • Valid state RN license required (may apply before licensing; must have license upon start).
  • BLS certification required at hire.
  • Must be flexible with scheduling to complete the requirements of the program.
