Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical, Nights

Role Overview: This position involves providing high-quality nursing care as a frontline member of the patient care team. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care, serving as a vital communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers. The role emphasizes patient advocacy, safety, confidentiality, and adherence to professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assisting with care plans and ensuring effective care delivery.
• Coordinate patient care, prioritize daily workflows, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Address patient and family concerns, educate on health issues, and promote patient-centered care.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational change.
• Maintain professional competence, licenses, and certifications, and pursue ongoing growth and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Required certifications include BLS and RN licensure (single state or multi-state Compact).
