RN-ER travel nurse jobs at the facility in Savannah, GA let you deliver emergency care to patients in a dynamic, fast-paced hospital setting. You will assess, triage, and treat a wide range of acute conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You must have an active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license, current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, and at least one year of recent emergency room experience.
Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and strong clinical assessment skills are required. Skills in trauma care, IV placement, and rapid response are recommended.
