• High school diploma or GED required
• Leasing, real estate, or sales experience preferred – we will train the right candidate
• Background in customer service, hospitality, or retail is a plus

• Comfortable using Outlook, Word, Excel, and social media platforms
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays

• Greet and assist prospective residents; conduct property tours
• Explain leasing terms and complete lease documents
• Manage resident communications and maintain accurate records
• Prepare and maintain model units and vacant apartments
• Support marketing efforts and build local partnerships
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
