About Us:
Marbled & Fin is expanding from its celebrated Charleston roots to downtown Savannah as the concept's second location, joining The Neighborhood Dining Group portfolio (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Minero, and The James). Known for its vibrant energy and modern approach to the steakhouse, Marbled & Fin creates a lively yet polished setting for both everyday dining and special celebrations. Team members will be part of bringing this exciting new restaurant to Savannah, offering premium cuts of beef, the highest quality seafood, and expansive wine list, and a standout whiskey and spirits collection.
Who We're Looking For:
You are passionate, professional, and committed to teamwork—someone who thrives in a high-performing kitchen and brings energy to every service. This is an opportunity to work in a chef-driven kitchen committed to quality and consistency.
Responsibilities:- Execute dishes with precision, speed, and attention to detail
- Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station throughout service
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience
- Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
- Take pride in your work and bring professionalism to every shift
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ year of experience in a high-volume, high-quality kitchen
- Focused, dependable, and driven to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a team-first mindset
- Committed to excellence in technique, cleanliness, and communication
