Do you have the ability to adapt to a fast‑paced and energetic environment?

As a Part‑Time Stocker you will keep our retail stores organized and our shelves full for customers by unloading product deliveries and moving the product to the sales floor. You will maintain the visual presentation of the sales floor, greet customers, assemble products for displays and customers as needed. Customer service is a part of the expectation of this role.

At Northern Tool + Equipment we serve tradespeople and weekend warriors alike. We aim to make sure they have the right tools and an easy, hassle‑free experience at our store.

Schedule Requirements: 15-20 hrs/week

• Sorting merchandise from pallets to carts for easier stocking and placing the product in the proper locations in the store or backstock areas.
• Complete endcap resets, modular resets, pod creation, and store‑front facing.
• Working backstock bins and working top stock down.
• Assisting customers with carry‑outs to their vehicles and assembling products for customers or display.

• Prior retail sales, cashier, stocking, or customer service experience admired, but not required.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work some weekends and holidays as needed.
• A love of tools & equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Service focused mindset.
