Responsibilities

  • WORK HARD & Document everything.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
  • Communicate & consult with clients through all channels; be tech‑savvy or willing to learn quickly.
  • Must be open to direction and willing to be held accountable.
  • Network consistently to grow your career and presence.
  • “Always be consulting” by offering clients your very best service and honest, expert advice.
  • Respond to all leads professionally and promptly.
  • Engage in all training and educational opportunities to develop your skills as an agent.
  • Provide guidance and support to buyers and sellers throughout the marketing and purchasing process.
  • Convert pre‑qualified leads generated by our sales team into new business and schedule listing appointments.

Compensation

$65,000 - $130,000+ commission Annually
