Overview
Outside Sales Representative for life insurance products. You will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions. This role allows you to work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and achieve sales targets in a rewarding and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and lead generation to identify potential clients and focus on meaningful client interactions.
- Client consultation: conduct needs assessments to understand financial goals and insurance needs, presenting life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
- Sales presentation: deliver compelling presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address specific client concerns and preferences.
- Relationship management: build and maintain long-term client relationships, with regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention.
- Market research: stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to position our life insurance offerings effectively.
- Sales reporting: maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions; prepare regular reports for management.
- Compliance: adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, protecting client confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we assist in obtaining licensure if not currently licensed).

- Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $/yr
- Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly on the 15th.
