Job Description As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol - Aero/Defense in Savannah, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence.

What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
* Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or potential security-related concerns.
* Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client representatives.
* Assist with access control procedures for visitors, contractors, and employees as required by location policies.
* Support emergency response efforts by following established protocols and providing assistance to first responders when appropriate.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and/or client policies.

Minimum Requirements:

* A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
* Must have 1 or more years of law enforcement experience or 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 or more years of security-related experience.
* Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
* Must be at least 21 years of age.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
