This position plays a key role in ensuring the resilience, safety, and operational integrity of global warehouse operations. The Global Safety & Loss Prevention Manager will continuously refine and elevate the organization’s safety systems by integrating a global perspective with local best practices, supporting the sustainable growth of cross‑border business.

• Safety System Development – Build a Global Standardized Safety Framework: set up dedicated security teams, conduct risk inspections, develop hazard‑rectification plans, achieve zero fatal accidents and zero major asset‑loss incidents, and maintain inventory shrinkage < 0.02%.
• Loss Control System – Implement end‑to‑end shrinkage‑prevention across the warehouse lifecycle, secure inventory with dual‑review inbound/outbound processes, and collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to reduce risk.
• Audit & Compliance Oversight – Conduct full‑process audits of core business areas, investigate violations, and implement a closed‑loop management of risk detection, special investigation, rectification, and accountability.
• Operational Assurance – Protect personnel and assets, support emergency response, and operate a 24×365 global monitoring and alarm center for real‑time oversight and emergency readiness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Security, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in safety, security, loss prevention, compliance, or warehouse operations (international experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of EHS, fire safety, asset protection, and operational risk management.
• Experience in auditing, compliance investigations, or risk‑control frameworks.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and collaborate with global teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Mandarin language ability is a plus for cross‑border collaboration.
