Pay Rate: $17.18 / Hour

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the aerospace and defense facility, including interior areas and the perimeter, to observe and report any unusual activity.
• Monitor access points to deter unauthorized entry and maintain situational awareness.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with site staff, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security‑related matters.
• Assist with implementation of site‑specific protocols and emergency procedures as needed.
• Support a secure environment by maintaining a visible presence and providing assistance as required.

• At least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience, or 3 years of security‑related experience.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age (18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
