• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with any necessary actions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Coordinate with Allied Universal management and local authorities as required during incidents or emergencies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and observations as required by site policies.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of law enforcement experience or two or more years of security supervisor or manager experience or three or more years of security-related experience is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
