Responsibilities
  • Safely and professionally provide the highest level of protection and service to customers on a designated service route.
  • Complete award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve customers.
  • Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
  • Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory; ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer location.
  • Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
  • Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
  • Serve as a problem solver for each customer with empathy, listening to and understanding their needs, and recommending efficient and innovative solutions.
  • Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services for peace of mind.
  • Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property; training provided.
  • Communicate actions taken and discuss additional services to support the pest management program.
  • Complete all required service-related documentation in a handheld device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications
  • No experience required — we’ll train you to be a Pro.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
  • Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers inside their businesses and/or homes.
Work environment and requirements
  • Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform duties with or without accommodations.
  • Safely use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity; occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balance, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), sometimes including an OSHA-compliant respirator.
  • Willing to work in different weather conditions.
