As our Lead HVAC Installer, you'll oversee residential HVAC system installations while guiding and mentoring junior team members. • $30–$35 per hour base pay with significant performance-based earning potential – our top installers make up to $100 per hour!
• Performance bonuses are included in total compensation and structured to maximize your earnings.

• Lead the installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems with precision and efficiency.
• Mentor and train junior installers, ensuring they develop strong technical skills and industry knowledge.
• Ensure the team follows quality standards, safety protocols, and best practices.
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve top-tier performance.
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical details in a clear, professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards and participate in company-sponsored training.

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• EPA certification (required).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong technical expertise and knowledge of HVAC systems and installation procedures.
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team leader.
