What you’ll do Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems with a focus on quality and efficiency

Create a standout customer experience and consistently exceed expectations

Maintain an organized, well-kept truck and manage parts usage effectively

What you’ll bring

High school diploma or GEDEPA Type II or EPA Universal certification

Solid mechanical aptitude and proficiency with diagnostic/repair tools

Ability to follow directions and established quality processes

Comfort with smartphones for tasks like parts ordering

Valid driver’s license in the state of work1–2 years of experience
