Role DescriptionAs an Appliance Repair Technician, you will travel to customers' homes to diagnose appliance issues, complete repairs, and provide professional customer service. Applicants with or without previous appliance repair experience are welcome to apply; we provide paid training for candidates who are willing to learn and develop their skills.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair residential appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, cooktops, microwaves, and more)
- Complete assigned service and repair tickets accurately
- Explain diagnoses and repair recommendations clearly to customers
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Follow company procedures, safety protocols, and manufacturer guidelines
- Maintain tools, equipment, and an organized work area
- Previous appliance repair experience preferred, but not required (paid training provided)
- Basic mechanical, electrical, maintenance, HVAC, automotive, or technical experience is helpful
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned service calls
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, move, and work around household appliances
- Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year (Hourly pay plus commission based on completed service and repair tickets)
