Provado Mobile Health is seeking independent Mobile Care Providers to transport members to and from medical appointments in Savannah, GA. Drivers operate as independent contractors and set their own schedules within the needs of the program.

• Transport members to and from medical appointments in a reliable, on-time manner.
• Operate as an independent contractor using your own vehicle.
• Provide safe and courteous transportation in accordance with program standards.

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have held a driver s license for at least 2 years.
• Own a clean, mid-size 4-door vehicle in good cosmetic and operating condition (model year 2009 or newer). Vehicle must pass Provado inspection.
• Clean driving record with no more than 1 violation or at-fault accident in the last 3 years. No DUIs or suspensions in the last 5 years.
• Pass a drug screen (including marijuana) and a complete criminal background check (no felonies or misdemeanors in the last 7 years).
• Network onboarding requirements: smartphone (Android or iOS) and completion of required trainings.

• Own an Android or iOS smartphone (or be willing to obtain one).
• Complete and pass CPR certification (30–90 minutes).
• Complete and pass CTAA Passenger Service and Safety Basic online training (30–90 minutes).
• Complete and pass NSC s Driver Safety Course online (2–3 hours).

• 1099 Independent Contractor status with weekly direct deposit earnings.
• Earn based on loaded miles and completed trips.
• Flexible scheduling: create your own hours, typically Monday through Friday.

As a Mobile Care Professional, you deliver care outside traditional facilities or homes. This role does not require medical care to be provided during transport.
