My overall experience has been very positive. It’s clear that the employees are passionate about their work and are committed to fostering a positive environment for everyone. The team dynamic is highly supportive, with all departments readily making time to address any questions or concerns. Safety is a top priority, with frequent emails containing tips and videos to keep us aware of potential hazards in our daily routines.

As a relatively new employee to Road Safe Traffic systems, and as someone who has never worked in the construction industry, I was immediately drawn to the opportunity for learning and growth that my position with Road Safe would afford me. Since being with the company, I have been given multiple projects to help improve communication and strengthen friendships among team members.

I also know that my desire to learn and improve my workplace is heard by my Branch and Operations Managers as they are continuously looking for more ways to help me grow. Since being a member of the Road Safe team, I have been impressed with the emphasis on safety within the company. Safety Moments start each meeting, Pre and Post checks keep vehicles in top working order and wearing PPE is mandated to keep each employee safe and ensures we all go home to our families at the end of the day.

I am excited to be part of the Road Safe team.
