Location: Riverwick - Savannah, TN.
Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, no evenings or weekends.

• Current license as Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
• Previous experience in outpatient, preferred.
