Construction Project Manager - High-End Residential

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑end residential construction projects from design through completion. This role offers the chance to work on architecturally significant custom homes alongside top designers, craftsmen, and subcontractors.

• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and construction documents
• Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners and design teams
• Partner with superintendents to keep projects on track and on budget
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with all building codes and regulations

• 3–5+ years of residential construction experience (commercial experience also considered, due to the size of the projects)
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to read and manage construction documents effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  Bluebeam experience preferred
