Iron Rock Security is seeking a highly qualified unarmed Security Officer for a residential apartment building in Parlin, NJ.

• Prior security experience required
• CCTV experience preferred
• Must have a valid SORA card
• Reliable transportation
• Strong training and de‑escalation skills

• MONDAY: 4 PM – 12:45 AM
• WEDNESDAY: 4 PM – 7 PM
• FRIDAY: 5:30 PM – 12:45 AM

$17.00–$18.00 per hour

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
• Monitor CCTV cameras to detect security breaches
• Authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property
• Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
• Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences

• Proven experience as security officer or guard
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
• Familiarity with report writing
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills
• Registered as a security officer
• High School diploma is required
• Clean driver’s record

Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
