• Competitive Pay: $90,000 - $175,000 per year (based on experience)

As a Delco Air HVAC Service Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for our residential and commercial clients, handling a range of responsibilities, including:

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems and boilers
• Working independently to stay on schedule and deliver high-quality service
• Maintaining stock, tools, and safety equipment
• Communicating with dispatch for efficient scheduling
• Documenting system information and providing repair vs. replacement options to clients
• Acting as a trusted advisor, helping clients make informed HVAC decisions

• Experience: 2-5 years in HVAC service
• Certification: EPA certification preferred (not required)
• Skills:
  Proficiency in forced hot air and hot water systems; plumbing experience is a plus
• Physical:
  Able to lift and carry 50-75 lbs regularly
• Other:
  Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and authorization to work in the US
• Background:
  Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing
