Equipment Operator

is seeking to hire an Equipment Operator I for a client in Sayreville, NJ.

• Weekly Pay: $20.00/hour
• Shift: 3rd shift – 09:00 PM to 05:30 AM
• Working Days:
  Sunday – Thursday

We are seeking experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team. This role is primarily focused on operating Raymond Reach Trucks, counterbalance forklifts, double blade pallet jacks, and cherry pickers in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. All candidates must have a minimum of one year’s experience with Raymond Reach Trucks and I‑Warehouse machines, as well as general warehouse experience.

All new hires will complete one week of training on the first shift: 09:00 AM to 05:30 PM.

• Assessment of basic computer literacy skills
• Closed‑door interview session
• Plant walk‑through and discussion with interviewers
• Hands‑on test (candidate will be asked if they feel comfortable before proceeding)

• Minimum 1 year of Raymond Reach Truck operating experience
• Experience with I‑Warehouse machines
• Ability to operate a counterbalance forklift
• Experience with double blade pallet jacks
• Proficient in using reach trucks and cherry pickers
• General warehouse experience required
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• Ability to wear and use a headset for computer‑generated picking instructions (instructions are provided in English only)
