Job Title: Equipment Operator I

Duration: 6 Months on W2

Location: Sayreville, NJ

• We are seeking experienced Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team.
• This role is primarily focused on operating Raymond Reach Trucks, counterbalance forklifts, double blade pallet jacks, and cherry pickers in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• All candidates must have a minimum of one year’s experience with Raymond Reach Trucks and I‑Warehouse machines, as well as general warehouse experience.

• Standard Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday

  Shifts:
  
  Shifts may be up to 12 hours based on business needs
• Schedule Flexibility: All schedules are subject to change with business demands
• First Week of Each Month: Mandatory six‑day work week
• Overtime: May be required as needed

• All new hires will complete one week of training on first shift: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Minimum 1 year of Raymond Reach Truck operating experience
• Experience with I‑Warehouse machines
• Ability to operate a counterbalance forklift
• Experience with double blade pallet jacks
• Proficient in using reach trucks and cherry pickers
• General warehouse experience required
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• Ability to wear and use a headset for computer‑generated picking instructions (instructions are provided in English only)
• Steel toe boots are required
• Work environment is not temperature controlled

• All schedules are subject to change based on business needs
• Candidates should be prepared for a physically demanding role in a non‑temperature controlled environment
