Our client, a fast-paced warehouse and logistics operation, is seeking a Reach Truck Operator to join their team. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting day-to-day material movement, inventory flow, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety mindset, the ability to follow work instructions accurately, and the drive to perform consistently in a physically demanding environment.
Location: Sayreville, NJ
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Shift:
2nd shift:3:30 PM
- Finish Monday
- Friday (Shifts may extend up to 12 hours based on business needs)
3rd shift 8:00pm - 5:30am Sunday - Thursday
- Operate Raymond Reach Trucks to support efficient put-away, replenishment, and picking operations.
- Operate counterbalance forklifts and cherry pickers safely to move materials throughout the facility.
- Use double blade pallet jacks to transport pallets as needed for warehouse workflows.
- Follow English-only headset/computer-generated picking instructions to complete tasks accurately.
- Maintain safe, productive equipment operation in a non-temperature controlled warehouse environment.
- Minimum 1 year of Reach Truck operating experience.
- Experience with I-Warehouse machines.
- Ability to operate a counterbalance forklift.
- Experience using RF scanners (1+ year preferred).
- Experience with double blade pallet jacks (pallet jack experience is a plus).
