In this role you will lead Gucci’s security program across its industrial perimeter and supply chain. You will partner with site management to protect people, assets, information, and manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with global security standards. You will identify risks, oversee investigations, and drive loss prevention and business continuity across multiple sites. You will work with cross‑functional teams to implement security improvements and foster a culture of security awareness, contributing to Gucci’s operational resilience and brand protection.

Define and implement Industrial Security and Anti‑Fraud strategies across the industrial perimeter and supply chain
Monitor security KPIs, analyze trends, and recommend corrective actions to Global Security Director
Lead risk mitigation initiatives focusing on inventories, manufacturing, and logistics processes
Oversee physical security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion, perimeter) and security infrastructure projects
Coordinate audits, assessments, and compliance with minimum Security standards
Manage relationships with security vendors, monitoring SLAs and performance
Coordinate investigations of theft, fraud, and loss events and ensure proper reporting and documentation
Direct and develop the Gucci Industrial Security team and promote security awareness across operations
Strong knowledge of Corporate Security, Industrial Security, and Anti‑Fraud principles
Structured risk management and asset protection approach
Ability to operate across multi‑site, complex organizations
Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem‑solving skills
Strong results orientation and continuous improvement mindset
Ability to influence stakeholders across levels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High ethical standards, confidentiality, and fluency in Italian and English
Advanced IT tools knowledge; SAP experience is a plus; familiarity with warehouse ERP or TMS is a plus
Master’s degree in Risk Management, Law, Economics, Business, or Engineering; 8–10 years in Security/Anti‑Fraud/Risk Management
