, surface treatment, and finishing services for over 50 years. Our state‑of‑the‑art facility in Providence, RI spans 80,000 sq ft, delivering precision, durability, and innovation across epoxy, UV‑curable coatings, Cerakote and custom color matching.

As part of a tight‑knit, small‑business environment, the Sales Manager will work directly with the GM and ownership team to shape operations and strategic growth.

We are seeking a B2B Sales Manager to drive new business development, strengthen customer relationships, and expand our footprint in industrial coating markets.

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients across industries requiring high‑performance liquid coatings (e.g., automotive, aerospace, defense, specialty manufacturing).
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, proposing, negotiating, closing, and hand‑off to operations.
• Collaborate with General Manager and owners on pricing, costing, and value propositions tailored to our capabilities.
• Work closely with production, engineering and operations to align customer needs with technical capabilities and capacity.
• Maintain customer relationships for repeat business; serve as a trusted advisor to clients on finishing solutions.
• Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to guide business development and operations decisions.
• Provide regular reporting on sales metrics, forecasts and KPIs to the GM and ownership.

• 3–7 years of B2B sales experience in coatings, surface finishing, manufacturing or a related technical industry.
• Strong understanding of industrial spray‑coating processes, or solid experience working with manufacturing customers.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and close deals independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a small, hands‑on, family‑owned business setting, collaborating daily with senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows and customer visits.
• Self‑starter mentality, with ambition to take ownership of growth and develop business autonomously.
• Proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools preferred.

• Direct access to and mentorship from ownership team (father and two sons), shaping commercial strategy.
• Very collaborative, agile environment – work side‑by‑side with operations, production and engineering.
