Job Title: PT
Location: Scappoose, Oregon
Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM x 5
Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate
: $55 - $60/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Scappoose, Oregon. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT- Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment
- Obtain permanent state license promptly if starting with compact license; permanent license required for South Carolina positions (no compact accepted)
- Maintain active state licensure throughout assignment
- Work within the required modality and demonstrate experience in the applicable setting
- Adhere to a 32-hour guaranteed workweek during holiday weeks
- Work standard day shift hours
- Comply with a 40-hour guaranteed workweek bill rate and corresponding pay structure
- Adhere to overtime billing at 1.5x rate when applicable
- Follow a 30-day notice requirement
- Comply with facility dress code as provided during first-day orientation
- Follow parking procedures as outlined during first-day orientation
- Adhere to weekly billing cycle requirements
- Utilize facility-provided equipment as outlined during interview process
- Candidates with prior perm/PRN employment within the last year are not eligible for placement and must be redirected
- Candidates with prior traveler history or perm/PRN employment beyond one year must be verified for rehire eligibility prior to submission
- Weekly pay every Friday
