LPN ADON Health and Wellness Coordinator - Assisted Living
Join Brookdale as an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to coordinate health and wellness services in our assisted living community. This role focuses on daily healthcare operations, resident care, and staff development.
Responsibilities- Manage day‑to‑day healthcare operations to ensure residents’ needs are met.
- Treat residents with respect and dignity, maintaining quality care as needs change.
- Ensure consistent quality resident care across all shifts; may assume caregiver or med‑tech duties as needed.
- Supervise nursing staff, medication technicians, and caregivers; provide ongoing training and education, including classroom in‑services and situation‑specific training. Manage associates’ schedules.
- Oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision. Conduct periodic medication skills inventories and audits per Brookdale guidelines.
- Share on‑call duties as required.
- Meet education requirements for a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and have a minimum of 1–2 years relevant experience.
- Hold an active LPN or LVN license.
- State nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant nursing experience.
Base pay range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. The role is eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates may participate in the company’s 401(k). Benefits eligibility varies by status:
