Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser

Job Description

We are looking for a Part‑time Nabisco Merchandiser to join Mondelēz International in leading the future of snacking. As a Merchandiser, you will build relationships with clients, stock shelves, maintain displays, and represent world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

• Represent Mondelēz to in‑store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize the visibility of our products and construct promotional displays.
• Conduct in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps and capture pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained following Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate any issues with the Mondelēz management team.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager for efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years of age, with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Download and use work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Capable of hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs.
• Prior retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of Longview, WA (primary location); secondary locations include Kelso, WA and St Helens/Scappoose, OR.
• Schedule availability required:
  Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Saturday, with a 6:00 A.M. start time.

• Hourly compensation of $18.00.
