Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and identify variances in project budgets

• Conduct job cost review meetings regularly

• Support monthly updates for job forecasts

• Prepare accurate invoicing for customer approval

• Reconcile accounts and purchase orders

Requirements:

• Preferred education in accounting or finance

• 1–3 years' relevant experience in billing or project accounting

• Familiarity with JD Edwards is advantageous

• Advanced Excel proficiency needed

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
