As part of your responsibilities, you'll work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, directly supporting members and the Board of Directors.
Your role will encompass managing day-to-day operations and ensuring effective communication and support among the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure quick processing of work orders and requests
• Handle finances, including payables and receivables
• Administer government-compliant Rental Assistant programs
• Prepare packages for meetings and take minutes diligently
• Maintain occupancy and oversee resident move-ins/outs
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in property administration
• Proficient financial and administrative skills required
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to navigate diverse community dynamics
• Agree to a Police Check and availability for evenings
