Customer Service Representative (Order Processing)

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience)

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative with strong order processing and data entry experience to join a fast‑paced industrial distribution environment. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in high‑volume PO processing, system‑driven work, and customer coordination, and are comfortable working with modern business systems and internal software tools.

• Accurately process purchase orders (POs) and manage high‑volume order entry
• Perform heavy data entry within ERP/internal systems
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
• Provide quotes and handle order‑related requests
• Coordinate orders, pricing, and fulfillment with internal teams
• Track and manage orders through the full lifecycle
• Maintain high accuracy and data integrity
• Support inventory coordination, sourcing, and backorders
• Assist with shipment preparation and returns

• 23+ years of customer service, order entry, or order processing experience
• Strong background in PO processing and data entry
• Comfortable using ERP systems and internal software (AI tools exposure is an asset)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
  Work Schedule

  Full‑time, permanent: 8:00AM – 5:00PM, 30‑minute lunch break

  Compensation & Benefits
