In this 24-month contract role, you will report to the Manager of Warranty Claims, delivering prompt answers to dealer inquiries and handling Factory Warranty and ECP claims. Your focus will be on maintaining high service standards for dealer satisfaction while collaborating with various teams and ensuring effective claims processing and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist dealers via phone on warranty assistance
• Process warranty and ECP claims accurately
• Monitor and respond to dealer inquiries efficiently
• Collaborate with multiple teams to streamline processes
• Review and resubmit any claims as required
Requirements:
• 2+ years of customer service experience needed
• Must be bilingual in English and French
• Automotive background is a plus
• Excellent communication skills essential
• Capable of working well within a team environment
