INVIRO invites candidates to apply for a Junior Sustainability Project Coordinator position on-site in Scarborough. This role focuses on supporting senior team members in delivering projects that align with sustainability standards like LEED and WELL. Key responsibilities include coordinating certification processes and developing sustainability strategies that adapt to climate resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in sustainability consulting projects, including LEED and WELL
• Coordinate sustainability certification submissions and documentation
• Review architectural and engineering drawings for project support
• Participate in energy and water audits, from audits to reporting
• Support the development of decarbonization strategies and resources
Requirements:
• Degree in sustainability, environmental science, or related field
• 0-2 years of related experience in sustainability consulting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willing to obtain LEED Green Associate designation
• Familiarity with energy modeling software is a plus
