UofT Scarborough is seeking qualified candidates for up to two openings in the Introduction to Business course. This role requires prior teaching experience at the undergraduate level and a graduate degree in business or management. You will be responsible for course design, content delivery, assignments, and grading.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver engaging lectures weekly

• Develop and administer assignments and assessments

• Calculate and submit grades accurately

• Hold regular office hours for student support

• Supervise teaching assistants assigned to the course

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in business or management

• Several years of relevant teaching experience

• Strong course teaching evaluations preferred

• Availability throughout the exam period

• Commitment to diversity and inclusion in education
