Part Time R.E.C.E. Teacher

Join Family Day Care Services as a part time R.E.C.E. Teacher in Scarborough, Ontario. Support children's development in a nurturing environment while working 25 hours per week.

This permanent part-time role at Wexford SA/EDP involves creating engaging educational programs for children aged 0-12. As a Registered Early Childhood Educator, you will implement the High/Scope® curriculum, assess children's progress, and provide responsive support. Key Responsibilities:

• Implement High/Scope® and Hanen programming

• Plan and develop inclusive educational activities

• Assess children's needs and provide recommendations

• Communicate respectfully with families and colleagues

• Support children's emotional and social development

Requirements:

• Degree in Early Childhood Education

• Registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators

• Minimum 2 years of child care experience preferred

• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C

• Police Vulnerable Sector Check required
