Join the Paper Mill Division at Atlantic Packaging, a leader in the corrugated packaging industry. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will serve as the technical authority across three Ontario mills, addressing operational challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing processes and ensuring quality while leading critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own fiber-to-reel process performance across three mills

• Lead troubleshooting for runnability issues and defects

• Optimize process control loops and ensure efficiency

• Author and maintain SOPs and control narratives

• Design and report on mill trials for improvement
Requirements:

• 8–12 years of process engineering experience

• Engineering degree in Chemical or Mechanical disciplines

• Knowledge of fiber-to-reel operations and troubleshooting

• Proven ability to lead trials and improvement initiatives

• Willingness to travel between Ontario sites
