Gaming Volunteer

Position: Gaming House Volunteer Role
Make a positive impact as a Gaming House Volunteer with Liver Canada at the Rama East Gaming Centre.

Your role will involve supporting patrons and ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment.

Liver Canada is seeking dedicated volunteers to assist at the gaming house in Scarborough. Volunteers will engage with guests, educate them about safety policies and jackpots, and perform cleaning duties. Join our team and experience the excitement of a gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and acknowledge patrons as they arrive

• Watch for minors or intoxicated individuals entering

• Advise on policies regarding outside food and drinks

• Provide information on jackpots available that day

• Clean machines as needed throughout the shift

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Complete a successful interview process

• Friendly and dependable in a loud environment

• Finish mandatory online training

• Ability to stand for up to two hours per shift

Be a welcoming presence at the Rama East Gaming House for all patrons.
