Financial Service Representative

Serve Scarborough customers through consumer finance support, loan guidance, and consultative sales at Lend Direct’s onsite branch. Build relationships while helping customers access suitable financial solutions.

As a Financial Service Representative, you will support new and existing customers throughout the loan process. You will explain financial products, identify upselling opportunities, manage calls, and address past-due accounts. Lend Direct provides hands-on training and one-on-one mentoring.

• Guide customers through loan processes with care and professionalism
• Educate customers about financial products and services
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell offerings
• Manage inbound and proactive outbound customer calls
• Collaborate on past-due accounts and resolution solutions

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Customer service, sales, or consumer finance experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to solve customer challenges creatively
• Willingness to learn systems and processes
