Reporting to the Manager of Patient Access, this position requires overseeing centralized patient scheduling, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting various Patient Access functions. You will engage closely with front-line staff and management, driving transformation projects while enhancing patient experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of Patient Access functions

• Support recruitment, retention, and training for staff

• Utilize EPIC system for staffing updates

• Monitor call volumes and performance metrics

• Foster a culture of patient-centered care

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years experience in healthcare leadership

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Clinical Information Systems

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to coach and mentor staff
