Shape the social presence of two iconic Kiwi retail brands.
We are looking for a Social and Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Group Customer team and help shape the social presence of Briscoes and Rebel Sport. You will play a key role in nurturing and engaging our online communities across our social platforms and Grants initiatives, helping our brands connect with customers every day.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at pace and thrives when collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders in a dynamic retail environment.
Your Day to Day
Manage comments, messages, and mentions, escalating product or order queries to Customer Services via our social channelsSchedule content across our social channelsSupport product sourcing for content creators and giveaways, and coordinate prize fulfilmentWork with the Retail Media team to schedule posts and maintain consistent brand messagingWork with the Marketing Team to ensure the execution of campaigns across the social is in alignment with other channelsMonitor the Grants inbox and collaborate with Marketing on responses and support on the delivery of the Grants programCollaborate closely with the Social Media Lead and the Digital Content Creator to share insights, and maintain a collaborative team environmentWhat You Bring
Must haves:
2+ years experience in a digital coordinator or similar roleStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsExperience using social media scheduling tools (Sprout or similar)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with merchandise and marketingStrong problem solver comfortable working at pace in a retail environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentNice to haves:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldExperience working in a retail or Ecommerce environmentProficiency using social media scheduling or automation toolsWhy You Will Love It Here
