Batch Operations Analyst

TD Batch Operations seeks a Batch Operations Analyst in Scarborough, Ontario. You will monitor and support critical batch processing for TD Bank's Canadian and US operations.

As part of a 24/7 department, you will work on mainframe and distributed systems. Responsibilities include incident management, monitoring SLAs/SLOs, and providing essential support for batch environments. Familiarity with tools like CA7, TSO, and Tibco MFT is crucial to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor production batch and file transfers actively

• Manage incidents for service outages and client communication

• Provide front-line support for critical batch processing

• Ensure stability through effective change management

• Test and support installation of business applications

Requirements:

• Familiarity with mainframe and distributed systems

• Experience with incident management tools like Service Now

• Knowledge of file transmission methods TCP/FTP/NDM

• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
