Supply Chain Specialist Health Network

Become a key player in supply chain operations with Scarborough Health Network. As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will manage inventory and logistics in the Cath Lab, ensuring efficient patient care.

Reporting to the Manager of Supply Chain and Systems, you will oversee day-to-day operations, utilize Tecsys Elite Healthcare Point of Use system, and support clinical teams. Key skills include inventory management, logistics coordination, and data integrity.

Your role is crucial in maintaining high value medical supplies, tracking orders, and ensuring compliance with protocols for patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and adjust automated replenishment orders

• Monitor uncaptured supply utilization and reconcile late cases

• Rectify inventory discrepancies through system dashboards

• Coordinate expedited deliveries and vendor support

• Execute cycle counts and inventory audits

Requirements:

• Experience with Tecsys POU and SAP systems

• Strong knowledge of inventory management protocols

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to resolve discrepancies efficiently

• Familiarity with healthcare supply chain operations
