Maintenance Associate at Walmart

Play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment at Walmart in Scarborough, Ontario as a Maintenance Associate. Your daily tasks will focus on effective cleaning and safety compliance.

In this role, you will participate in a structured maintenance cleaning program while cooperating with the Stocking 3 Coach and other associates.

You'll be responsible for cleaning all Fresh Departments diligently while adhering to Food Safety standards, inspecting equipment, and promoting a safe work presence. Attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Stocking 3 Coach on cleaning efforts

• Clean Fresh Department areas, including coolers and freezers

• Inspect all cleaning and maintenance equipment

• Conduct floor cleaning through mopping and vacuuming

• Complete in-store safety certification programs

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Prior maintenance experience is preferred

• Strong commitment to cleanliness

• Ability to work well with associates

• Knowledge of Food Safety guidelines
