Maintenance Aide

Position: Full-Time Maintenance Aide
Become a Maintenance Aide at Age Care Trilogy in Scarborough, Ontario, and directly contribute to the comfort of our residents. Utilize your maintenance knowledge in plumbing, electrical systems, and landscaping.

In this full-time role, you will maintain the facilities and grounds of Age Care Trilogy. Working closely with team members, you ensure a clean and safe environment for residents and visitors. Responsibilities include performing routine repairs, coordinating maintenance schedules, and overseeing subcontractors to ensure optimal facility conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

• Maintain the grounds through gardening and landscaping

• Schedule and manage subcontractor inspections

• Oversee lighting replacements and repairs

• Complete maintenance checklists and records

Requirements:

• General knowledge of maintenance systems

• Strong communication skills in English

• Prior maintenance experience is necessary

• Supervisory experience is valuable

• Ability to prioritize maintenance tasks
