Expert Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct maintenance crew operations while ensuring safety

• Implement effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs

• Conduct audits to monitor compliance and process effectiveness

Requirements:

• Proven supervisory experience of at least two years

• Three years minimum in maintenance within manufacturing

• Expertise in mechanical and electrical maintenance practices

• SAP experience preferred alongside strong MS Office skills

• Strong communication and coaching abilities
