Position: Shift Supervisor at BelPak
Lead manufacturing operations as a Shift Supervisor with Belvika Trade & Packaging Ltd. at their Thorn mount facility. Ensure production targets are met and staff are well-managed every shift.
Bel Pak is looking for a dedicated Shift Supervisor to oversee its Scarborough operations. This permanent, full-time position involves planning staff workloads and ensuring smooth process transitions. An ideal candidate has at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in food or packaging sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor production levels to meet productivity targets

• Supervise staff and allocate tasks on production lines

• Ensure quality standards and resolve quality concerns

• Develop employee training on Standard Operating Procedures

• Prepare shift end reports and coordinate with management
Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing

• Proven leadership and motivation skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
